INVERTED REPEATS:
The length of the inverted repeats (red), if any, should be included. If there are no missmatches then a single number is sufficient. If there are a few differences then these should be included as #identical/#total. If no inverted repeats could be found, insert "0" (zero). If the information is not available (for example a partial sequence or a truncated element) a "-" (dash) should be inserted.
