No DR was identified, however the first three nucleotides (TTA) flanking the 3'IR of ISLxx6 is the same sequence of the DR described for IS1237. It is possible that TTA was the target site for ISLxx6 insertion and a mutation has changed T for A in the TAA sequence flanking the 5'IR of ISLxx6. ISLxx6 is 78% aa similar to IS1237 (from Leifsonia xyli subsp. cynodontis).
