The third ORF is a putative transposase reconstructed in silico by -1 frameshift.
ISLmo5 was identified by in silico nucleotide sequence analysis of Listeria monocytogenes strain CFSAN004330 plasmid pCFSAN004330. Isoforms of ISLmo5 are present in plasmids of L. monocytogenes, L. welshimeri and L. innocua strains.
