ISAlw15 is 63% aa similar to ISCaa3.
The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by a possible -1 frameshift.
Five slightly different variants occur among the 6 ISAlw15 copies of A. lwoffii M2a (2, 3, 5, 9 SNPs compared to the prototype). The prototype was defined according to the only copy, which was fully assembled by A5-Miseq assembly pipeline.
