The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
ISAlw26 is 91% and 90% similar to ISAcsp3 and IS1236, respectively. Its closest relatives (99% similar) are present in Acinetobacter sp. WCHAc010005 (CP032134.1) and A. haemolyticus TJR01 (CP038009.1) chromosome in two and four copies, respectively.
