ISAps1 is found in the chromosome and in the GR22-type plasmid of Acinetobacter pseudolwoffii isolate XMC5X702 that was isolated from chicken faeces in Jiangsu province, China in 2020. Copies of ISAps1 are also found in plasmids from Acinetobacter johnsonii and Acinetobacter species isolates. All four copies are flanked by 8 bp target site duplications.
