The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
ISAba66 was found in the GR13-type plasmids pE47_002 and pBspH2 from A. baumannii E47 and an Acinetobacter species isolate, respectively. It is in the same context in both plasmids, flanked by a 3 bp target site duplication.
