ISAjo4 was found in the GR13-type plasmid pAJ_082-3 of A. johnsonii AJ_082, which was isolated from a hospital sink in Pakistan in 2016. A copy of ISAjo4 that differs by 10 nucleotides from the one in pAJ_082-3 is present in the chromosome of AJ_082. Both copies of ISAjo4 are flanked by 8 bp target site duplications.
