ISKrh4 was found in the chromosome of the laboratory contaminant K. rhizophila Noodlococcus. Two identical copies of ISKrh4 are present in Noodlococcus, each flanked by a 4 bp target site duplication. Additionnal Accession number: CP072262.

One of these is identical to the copies in Noodlococcus, and the other differs by three SNPs. Neither copy in 28R2A-20 is flanked by a target site duplication.
