ISKrh4 is 83% aa similar To ISCmi3.
ISKrh4 was found in the chromosome of the laboratory contaminant K. rhizophila Noodlococcus. Two identical copies of ISKrh4 are present in Noodlococcus, each flanked by a 4 bp target site duplication. Additionnal Accession number: CP072262.

Two copies of ISKrh4 are present in the chromosome of K. rhizophila 28R2A-20, which was isolated from the environment associated with an Atlantic Ocean sponge. One of these is identical to the copies in Noodlococcus, and the other differs by three SNPs. Neither copy in 28R2A-20 is flanked by a target site duplication.
