Although all five occurrences in A. onderdonkii show target site duplications (TSD), 0/3 occurrences in P. vulgatus strain VIC01 (CP043529.1) and 1/8 occurrences in B. stercoris ATCC 43183 (CP102262.1) showed TSD.
